have been cycling for minimum 40 minutes everyday except during weekend.. have been controlling my food consumption so that i could keep calories low.
but yesterday night was disastrous! eating like crazy pig again!!
i am determined to work in a presentable body size. shit!

LOL...lets lose weight together...do yoga..healthy and beneficial
yoga is soo tiring and i cant twist my leg to put on my head!!
i will just keep cycle and cycle!so hopefully the next time we meet i have SOME or MINOR change la!
