for the first time i think it looks good eh?? yeah..master another cake! well this time i did not use ready mixed flour. start everything from scratch. actually it is super easy..will have a detailed post with procedures when i bake another time...

This time i tried with secret recipes in which i got from pei yi --->cheese.

unfortunately my house do not have those kind of cheese when i am in the mood of baking cupcake, end up i put cheese that we normally find in sandwiches. 

result: bad choice- i cant taste cheese at all..

pasta night!!

is always very economical to cook yourself than you eat outside! n my leng cai cousin decided to cook for us for the night!!!

preparing for dinner, cause i do not know how to cook, so i offer myself to be the tester and also cutting, washing, bla bla any work but not touch the wok!

ironically, the men in our house know cooking, our housemate are from hospitality course. the food were too much for the night, and ironically, the girls are the one finish up the food!! looks like there is a huge switch between male and female roles!

cupcake or muffin?

who can tell me how to differentiate cupcake and muffin? 

tell you a secret, i bake that cupcake. and i wont tell you that i used ready mixed flour again, because it is pretty embarrassing and should not be proud of. 

By the way it is a vanilla flavour cupcake.

i added chocolate chips to satisfy my own craves!!

i only made one chocolate chips cupcakes, is only for siang! (tak cukup chocolate chips la)
