bittt to goooo
a bit of updates, at last my weight got abit very a bit decrease, did i mention to you that i started to jog near hill around my house..i go there almost every day except rainy days and i can't get up. gosh waking up at 8 in the morning is such a challenging task..in addition, to be the youngest person doing exercising there does not make me proud or motivating (unless there is leng cai those macho macho type doing exercise there.for sure i can get up without feeling pathetic!) i still can remember those uncle and aunty gave a weird look on my first day of exercising.i started to walk up and down hills first, once i have trained a bit of stamina i started to jog when coming downhill.. but today one of them told me not to run, because it will hurts my knees in the future, i wonder is because of my size or is not good to run? and i already jog like weeks?so i shall start walking again joining uncles and aunties. :)
btw, i am going to penang very very soon! i am so excited, since it is my very first back packing travel (hahahahhahha!! no tour guide, do additional homework, bringing a back pack beg, walking with map = back packing k?) result is out when i am having my fun time.
