my 1st baking experience

don't be too WOW with the title, i didn't start from scratch like weighting the flour, add sugar etc. my mum asked me not to take the risk so she bought me a ready mixed flour which i only need to add butter and egg..

and as the result:

the cookies are more than bit burnt because the cookies does not seem to be harden, so i thought maybe i should bake it longer so that it can turn harder, till half an hour later, the cookies are almost going to chao ta, so i decided to give up, and let the soft cookies came out from the oven. SURPRISINGLY, the cookies are actually harden after i aired it for minutes.

it don't taste that BAD (my sis said nice, just bit burnt), as i said i bought the ready mixed flour, so it wont go so wrong.. Unless i started with normal flour, add this and that, then i guess it will taste funnier, and maybe i need to donate to dustbin.

i do not do enough spacing for the dough and i do not know that cookies can go so huge till it combine with other cookies dough and turn out to be a huge COMBINED cookies.

now i feel Pei Yi so geng, i miss her chocolate chip cookies..
