giler betul

TADAAAHHH! kesian betul that kitchen kena from siang again! what is she doing in that kitchen again???
spotted the word agar- agar? i guess you are smart enough to guess what am i going to do next. To do jelly which is soooo easy, you have to get agar- agar powder, sugar 0.5kg (which i mixed rock sugar and sugar pasir), water 1.5L

p/s: agak- agak la the amount of sugar, if the juice that u used already sweet, if u put 0.5kg of sugar somemore, it only shows that you dont have common sense. don't complain banyak banyak too sweet! cause i did say AGAK-AGAK to make AGAR- AGAR to be sweet!!


first of all, pour in the agar-agar powder into the water.


then you just keep stirring and stirring and STIR till it is boiling! tell you the kitchen is damn hot man, walau! i kept sweating. i asked my mum, " mee--ahhhh (mummy-cut out the mum so left the my, get it or not?) you don't feel hot when you are in the kitchen cooking meh?

my mum:" of cause hot la! at last you know pun!"

in my heart OS" ala, normally i cook maggie mee, express one, before i started to feel hot, my maggie sudah cooked, ready to be served!" i know you must be thinking this siang ah, tak pernah masuk dapur!
ey! i do enter everyday to take my bowl and chopstick to makan! i admit that i don't know how to cook and i will learn one day which i think soon! and i learn to cook is for myself not for my future husband k??

ehh, off topic pula, back to steps to do jelly



then pour sugar into the pot, plzzzzzzz be careful, the picture was my second attempt of pouring it.
because the first time when my sister was taking picture, i was to focus in doing a nice pose of pouring sugar in, so accidentally pour dengan kasar sekali till the hot water spilled out, and i was very scared, then i drop the whole bowl with sugar... aduuiiiii, i know i m clumsy. because i really very scared of high temperature (phobia sejak kecil, will tell you the story some other dau, some already know my Tarzan story la)  wasted la, dah lah now sugar price increasing, the amount of sugar i threw into dustbin enough for weeks man, but my mum didn't know bout it, only my dad caught me in action, kena marah quite teruk!
so please be careful, don't throw ok? pour gently!


then when all the sugars are melted, you can off the gas and start adding your choice of flavouring, i used orange because mango flavour sudah habis!


 if you have some cute bowl or jelly bowl then USED it, i will start haunting cute jelly bowl, but most of the jelly bowl are made of plastic, walau! will kena cancer cepat if put hot stuff into plastic, so stop tapao food ok??

then you may wait for it to be harden,
p/s:use fan to blow the jelly in order to speed up the cooling time, around 15- 20 minutes later, you can put into refrigerator.
