in an irritated mode

wow... i read every single word that you wrote,,, beside saying thank you, i really don't know how to express my gratitude
It did make me chilled, temporary forget bout this laptop or the external hardisk giving me problem..

my laptop couldnt shut down or turn on if my external hardisk is connected to it.. but if i plug it out, it works normally.. can i know what is the problem or not??
